The GRROOTMA board typically meets the first Tuesday of the month via Google Meet, with no regularly scheduled meetings over the summer. During these meetings, the details of the season and upcoming tournaments are discussed and acted upon. In addition, committee meetings are held immediately following the board meetings to include district coordinators and, when applicable, problem captains. Each participating district is expected to send at least one representative to these meetings to bring pertinent information back to their respective teams.
