An Odyssey of the Mind team consists of up to seven team members solving a long-term problem, fostering creativity and teamwork in participants.
Coaches aid team members with coordination and learning new skills, but may not directly help teams solve the long-term problem.
Officials are volunteers who judge teams at tournaments or assist the tournament in other ways. Odyssey of the Mind couldn't exist without the time and effort put in by our wonderful volunteers!
District Coordinators are liaisons between the teams, coaches, and regional board. They keep teams up to date on any announcements and may bring any team questions up to the board. They also manage team memberships.
Another way to support your local Odyssey of the Mind tournament is to donate to help cover costs associated with holding and running a large event. Thank you!
